Fair Housing – 2024 (1-hour Fair Housing credit – CE Marketplace Certified C133212) Legislated by MR and effective February 13, 2024. All licensees in Michigan are required to complete at least one hour of Fair Housing each year. This class includes case studies, scenarios, Q and A, and situations to help real estate brokers and salespeople engage in fair housing equality for all.
Consider combining Fair Housing above with any 2-hour legal class below to
fulfill all LARA requirements (2-legal credits and 1 Fair Housing credit).
Michigan Legal Update – 2024 (2 hours Legal CE Credits - CE Marketplace Certified C132981). The Legal Update includes problematic legal situations, scenarios, and Q and A that REALTORS find themselves in today as reported by MR and other credible sources.
Code of Ethics – Cycle 7 (3 hours Elective CE credits – CE Marketplace Certified C133272). REALTORS® are required by NAR to take this ONCE EVERY THREE years. The current cycle ends December 31, 2024. The course covers Articles, scenarios, Q and A, and enforcement processes.
Agency Relationships (2 hours LEGAL CE credits – CE Marketplace Certified C132897). For seasoned veterans and newer licensees. You think you know agency, Right? You might be surprised! Still the most confusing and misunderstood concept in Real Estate today. Learn how to explain and manage your legal responsibilities to everyone. We will explore common mistakes and unlawful acts that lead to trouble. Know when to walk away from a relationship and how.
