Fair Housing - Legal Update 2026 (2 hours Fair Housing Credit – CE Marketplace Certified C____). One hour of FH is required by LARA (effective 2-13-24) once every year; and Two hours of FH is required by NAR (Effective 1-1-25) once every three years. This class satisfies both requirements. This class includes case studies, scenarios, Q and A, and situations to help real estate brokers and salespeople engage in fair housing equality for all.
Michigan Legal Update – 2026 (2 hours Legal CE Credits - CE Marketplace Certified C____). This Michigan Legal Update includes problematic legal situations, case studies, scenarios, and Q and A that REALTORS find themselves in today as reported by MR and other credible sources.
Agency Relationships – Legal Update 2026 (2 hours Legal CE Credits – CE Marketplace Certified C____). For seasoned veterans and newer licensees. You think you know agency, Right? You might be surprised! Still the most confusing and misunderstood concept in Real Estate today. We will explore common mistakes, unlawful acts, and case study examples that can lead to trouble if we are not on guard. Q and A for interesting discussions.
RESPA Basics - Legal Update 2026 (2 hours Legal CE Credits – CE Marketplace Certified C____). Case studies and examples will be explored to further educate ourselves on how violations still occur such as prohibited kickbacks, gifts, lotteries, contests, and things of value that get us in trouble. Q and A for interesting discussions regarding how we need to notice potential violations of RESPA before they occur.
The Sellers’ Disclosure Act - Legal Update 2026 (2 hours Legal CE Credits – CE Marketplace Certified C________). We will explore what the Act requires; Responsibilities upon Sellers and Buyers; Problematic situations are explored. Also, the best practices licensees should follow to make sure their clients are protected. We will also cover Exemptions, Misrepresentation, Fraud, and Penalties.
Code of Ethics – Cycle 8 (3 hours Elective CE credits – CE Marketplace Certified C_____). REALTORS® are required by NAR to take COE once every three years. The current cycle started 1-1-25 and ends 12-31-27. This course covers articles, scenarios, Q and A, and the enforcement processes, including what to do when you see violations occurring out in the field.
