About Rick

Rick has been recognized by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) and has been inducted into REBAC Hall of Fame for his recognition and his educational achievements in the Real Estate Industry. Rick has over 35 years of real life Hands-on residential real estate experience. Rick is the Leading Instructor in Michigan conducting Live and Zoom real estate continuing education classes. Rick creates and develops his own brand of classes based on feedback and input from his long list of loyal real estate agents all over Michigan. 

Prior to founding his school, Rick was Director of Education for two large proprietary schools in Southeast Michigan focusing on agent licensing, training, and on-going educational programs for all levels of sales agents.  During his life in sales, he had a 98% referral and repeat business annually. Rick knows the business inside out, and he knows people and personalities. He brings all of this into his classrooms.
